NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: -~ <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of ~ <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact <br />Guidelines and Procedures) as they pertain to the <br />requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental <br />Impact Reports and determines that the project <br />requested in PUD-81-15 would not have any significant <br />effects on the environment to require the preparation <br />of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects <br />of the project as having potential significant adverse <br />environmental effects, said effects can be rendered <br />insignificant by the inclusion of conditions of project <br />approval as shown in Planning Commission Resolution <br />No. 2032 adopted July 15, 1981. <br />Section 3.
