PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF P7,EASANTON <br />~- COUNTY OF ALAP~DA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2082 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF AXIOM GROUP FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />AND ZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-28 <br />WHEREAS, Axiom Group has applied for development plan approval <br />of an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. commercial/office development <br />to be located between First Street and the SPRR right-of-way <br />from Angela Street, the SPRR right-of-way and a line <br />approximately 250 feet east of Main Street, and rezoning of <br />the site to PUD-Commercial/Offices, also to rezone the <br />Delucchi and Wayside Parks located on the west side of <br />First Street between Angela Street and a point approximately <br />350 feet north of Neal Street from the C-C (Central <br />Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development-Open Space, <br />Parks and Recreation) or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) and 0 <br />(Office) Districts; and <br />,-- WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 28, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed and <br />considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that Planned Unit <br />Development zoning is in conformance with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends approval of case <br />PUD-81-28 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Division. <br />2. That the land uses on the subject property shall be <br />regulated by the amount of on-site parking available and <br />per the requirements of Article 16, Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />3. That the applicant acknowledge that the 19 shaded parking <br />spaces shown on parcel 1 as "private parking" shall be <br />for the use of the law offices immediately to the west <br />of that parcel and Haps restaurant and that the entrance <br />to this area may be barricaded each weekday and all but <br />the 5 spaces reserved for Haps restaurant shall be open <br />for the use of depot restaurant customers in the evening. <br />
