PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2501 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR CASE UP-84-16, DITZ CRANE <br />WHEREAS, Ditz Crane Company has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the construction and operation of a <br />model home complex and subdivision sales office in <br />both sides of Ascot Court (North side of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard approximately 700' east of Gulfstream Street) <br />in the Pleasanton Meadows area; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />(Single-family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the obectives <br />of this ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance <br />code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-16, application of Ditz-Crane <br />-for a conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />and operation of a model home complex and subdivision <br />sales office in both sides of Ascot Court (North side <br />of West Las Positas Boulevard approximately 700' east <br />of Gulfstream Street) in the Pleasanton Meadows area <br />subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resoluton shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF JULY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
