PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2510 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICAITON OF CHANG SU-0 LIN FOR ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-5 WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin has applied for rezoning and development plan approval for a 224 unit residential development on an approximately 230 acre site located generally in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Low Density Residential/Open Space District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a mitigated negative declaration prepared for this project after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and r- WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development plan approval to be in conformance with the approved zoning for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-5 for a 216 unit residential development proposed for the 230 acre site located generally in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and Chairman Doherty NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Getty ABSTAIN: None DATE: August 8, 1984
