Amend Section 2-9.46(h) to read - "Prior to erecting <br />any subdivision sign approved by the Zoning <br />Administrator or Design Review Board, a cash bond or <br />letter of credit..." <br />Section 2 <br />3. Add Section 2-9.47 (and renumber all following <br />sections) to read - "Temporary signs adjacent o <br />freeways. All temporary signs, except for temporary <br />subdivision signs as defined in Section 2-9.46 of <br />this chapter, over 12 sq. ft. in size within 1000 <br />ft. of the right-of-way of any freeway shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Design Review <br />Board. Such signs shall not exceed 100 sq. ft. in <br />size or 14 ft. in height. These height and size <br />restrictions need not apply to properties over 100 <br />acres in size.
