3. That approval of case PUD-81-30-19D is subject to <br />all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13, <br />approving parcel map 3858. <br />4. That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />approving Hacienda Business Park. <br />5. That all parking and landscaping shown on Exhibit A <br />shall be included with the construction of the Phase <br />I building. <br />6. That the sidewalk location along the Willow Road <br />frontage of the subject property shall be adjusted <br />to avoid conflicts with the existing utility vaults <br />and manholes. <br />7. That the site development plans required to be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer shall <br />be at a scale of one inch equals twenty feet <br />(1"=20') and shall be prepared on 24" by 36" <br />reproducible sheets, unless specifically approved <br />otherwise by the City Engineer in writing. <br />8. That this development is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference except conditions 12, <br />29, 33, 35, 46, 49, 50 and 51. <br />Section 2.
