PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2525 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-19D <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for <br />architectural and signage design review for a <br />single-story, approximately 45,000 sq. ft. office <br />building on an approximately 5.2 acre site located at <br />the northwest corner of the intersection of Inglewood <br />Drive and Willow Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-19D subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially s shown on the <br />site plan, elevations, landscape plan and grading <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That approval of this case includes approval of the <br />two signs shown on Exhibit A, but that the location <br />of the sign on Willow Road shall be adjusted to <br />provide vehicle clearance satisfactory to the City <br />Engineer. <br />- 1 - <br />
