That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />approving Hacienda Business Park. <br />5. That the developer shall have a traffic engineer <br />review the potential effects of vehicle stacking and <br />turning movements from southbound Chabot Drive left <br />into the north driveway of Chabot Drive. The <br />traffic engineer shall submit recommendations and <br />any proposed changes to the City Engineer for review <br />prior to the final approval of plans for this <br />development. <br />6. That approval of this case also constitutes approval <br />of the two freestanding signs as shown in Exhibit A. <br />7.
