PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2531 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />CALLAHAN-PENTZ AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-22D <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties have applied for design review <br />approval for a two-building office complex of <br />approximately 92,600 sq. ft. on an approximately 4.7 <br />acre site located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Chabot and Gibraltar Drives <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-22D subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and <br />grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the maximum floor ratio for the subject <br />property shall be 43~. <br />3. That approval of case PUD-81-30-22D is subject to <br />all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 <br />approving parcel map 3858. <br />
