4. That the Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br />Conservation District - Zone 7 be aware of and plan <br />for the following: <br />a. That the developers o the Hacienda Business Park <br />will be required to complete the design, <br />right-of-way acquisition, and reconstruction of the <br />Hopyard Road improvements to provide for double left <br />turn lanes with greater storage capacity at Parkside <br />Drive. This work will be done at a future date, to <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br />This widening will relocate the existing east <br />curb line of the Hopyard Road from six to twelve <br />feet, approximately, farther to the east. This <br />occurrence should be included in the planning for <br />the Zone 7 office site. <br />b. That the easterly driveway opening onto Parkside <br />Drive shall be located directly opposite the <br />proposed driveway to the future City sports park <br />parking lot on the south side of Parkside Drive. <br />Section 2.
