21. That approval of this case is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference, except conditions 12, 28, 29, 33, <br />35, 36, 46, 49 and 50. <br />22. There shall be a northeast entrance to the complex from the <br />Exxon service station. <br />23. That there shall be signs posted within the complex <br />requesting trucks to stay on the west side of the <br />market until 6:00 a.m. so that there will be minimum <br />impact on the neighbors with regard to noise. <br />24. That approval of case PUD-84-4 does not include design <br />approval for the two medical office buildings and that <br />_ prior to construction of those buildings, separate <br />design approval will be required from the Design Review <br />Board. <br />25. That within one year traffic in the loading dock area shall <br />be reviewed by the staff to make sure there is little impact <br />on the neighbors. <br />26. That the rear (east) of the Nob Hill Market shall have a <br />plain wall rather than one with relief in it. <br />
