WHEREAS, the four appellants state that the main reason they do <br />not wish their fences to be moved is that they have <br />established landscaping, patios and other rear yard <br />features which would have to be altered if their fences <br />are moved; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission felt that the circumstances <br />surrounding this development are unusual. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Upholds the appeal <br />and 99 of Tract 5062, <br />retain their sideyard <br />described herein. <br />of the residents o lots 60,81, 61, <br />Amador Meadows and allows them to <br />fences as constructed and <br />Section 2.
