3. That prior to opening the restaurant, the applicant <br />shall meet the requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Department. Written confirmation from the Fire <br />Department shall be submitted by the applicant. <br />4. That approval of this use permit does not constitute <br />approval of any signing for the development, and if <br />signing is desired, it shall be submitted to the <br />City under separate application. <br />5. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or <br />similar attention attracting devices shall be <br />utilized when the restaurant opens. <br />6. That the project meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the owner shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of <br />the Pleasanton Police Department. <br />Section 2.
