PUD-84-18 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2577 <br />l0. A tree report, prepared in accordance with Ordinance No. <br />1152, Tree Preservation, shall be required. (Section <br />1(a)(2)). <br />11. That the following items are to be included in the deferred <br />street improvement agreement: <br />The improvements to be installed by the developer on Stanley <br />Boulevard shall provide for the following unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer: <br />a. A 12 ft. wide double left turn lane centered upon the <br />existing centerline. <br />b. A 12 ft. wide through lane westbound. <br />c. A 14 ft. wide lane comprised of a 6 ft. bike lane and <br />an 8 ft. wide parking lane, which could be used as a <br />westbound through lane/turn lane in the future. <br />d. A 10 ft. wide landscaped park strip containing a 4 ft. <br />wide sidewalk at property line. <br />12. That this project shall be subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference except conditions 12, 13, 28, 31, 35, 36, 49, 50 <br />and 51. <br />- 2 - <br />-T- - _-- <br />
