(ii) assists in providing privacy, in attenuating <br />sound transmission, and/or in reducing other <br />_ annoyance from neighboring properties, and <br />(iii) does not significantly impact upon the <br />aesthetics and safety of the neighborhood nor <br />the light and air to all affected properties. <br />(4) Any action of the Zoning Administrator may be <br />appealed to the Design Review Board by any affected <br />party." <br />Section 2: Subsection 2-5.32(b) of Article 2 (Definitions), <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />"Sec. 2-5.32(b) On the street side of a corner lot <br />the side yard shall extend from the rear line of the <br />required front yard, or the front property line where no <br />front yard is required, to the rear property line of the <br />site." <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a <br />newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />- Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on January 22, 1985. <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 12, 1985 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: <br />James R.
