PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2614 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AMADOR <br />MEADOWS, LTD. UNDER CASE UP-85-3 <br />WHEREAS, Amador Meadows Ltd. have applied for conditional use <br />permit approval for a model home sales complex located <br />at 4472 and 4484 Bowen Street (southeast corner of Bowen <br />Street and Rheem Drive); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-85-3, application of Amador Meadows, <br />Ltd. for a conditional use permit for a model home <br />complex as herein described subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of Case V-85-10 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br />
