PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2614 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AMADOR MEADOWS, LTD. UNDER CASE UP-85-3 WHEREAS, Amador Meadows Ltd. have applied for conditional use permit approval for a model home sales complex located at 4472 and 4484 Bowen Street (southeast corner of Bowen Street and Rheem Drive); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-85-3, application of Amador Meadows, Ltd. for a conditional use permit for a model home complex as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the approval of Case V-85-10 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Board of Adjustment.
