CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-19 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> LIVERMORE-AMADOR VAI.I~Y HISTORICAL <br /> SOCIETY FOR T~ASE OF OLD CITY HALL <br /> BUILDING <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves 'the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the Livermore-Amador <br /> Valley Historical Society for lease of the Old City <br /> Hall Building at 603 Main Street, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to <br /> execute the above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 17, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TTEST: KENNETH R.
