RES.2619 <br />2/27/85 <br />4. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5385 is subject <br />to all conditions contained in the Staff Report from <br />the City Engineer dated 2/27/85, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />5. That all lots shall have rear and side yard fences <br />and all such fences shall be installed by the <br />builders with access gates no less than 36 inches in <br />width, an that a fencing plan shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Department for review and approval <br />prior to final map approval. <br />6. That lots 1, and 3 through 6 shall have only one <br />story homes built upon them. <br />Section 2.
