PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2619 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5385 FOR AMADOR SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, Amador Savings and Loan Association has applied for <br />tentative map approval to create a 32 lot single-family <br />residential subdivision of an approximately 10.6 acre <br />site, each located south of Crellin Road and north of <br />Arbor Drive between Vintner Road and Tokay Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District. <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />`- WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration of environmental <br />impacts was approved for this project at this same duly <br />noticed public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5385 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5385 on file with the City. <br />2. That building pad areas for each lot shall be <br />designated on the tentative map and shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval prior to the filing of the final map. <br />3. That a soils and geological report satisfactory to <br />the City Engineer be prepared reviewing all proposed <br />grading and making appropriate recommendations for <br />cuts, fills, drainage and typical foundations. Upon <br />completion of grading work and prior to acceptance <br />of public improvements for this tract, the soils <br />engineer shall certify compliance with grading <br />recommendations and the suitability of each lot as a <br />building site. <br />
