That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference except <br />conditions 12, 13, 29, 33, 46 and 49. <br />6. That sidewalks be constructed from the public <br />bike-ped ways along the public streets to the <br />on-site facilities to avoid forcing pedestrians into <br />vehicular driveways or as otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />7. That the east end of the proposed private street <br />along the north property line be revised to provide <br />a more nearly perpendicular intersection with <br />Hacienda Drive unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />ection 2.
