PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2627 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />MARTIN COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-27D <br />WHEREAS, Martin Company has applied for design review approval <br />for a five building, approximately 202,500 sq. ft. <br />multi-tenant office complex on an approximately 15.8 <br />acre site located east of Willow Road, north of <br />Gibraltar Drive and west of Hacienda Drive in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 13, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-27D subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, grading plan, and <br />landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That elevations for all trash enclosures shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for approval <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />.- 3. That approval of case PUD-81-30-27D shall be subject <br />to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 <br />approving Parcel Map 3858. <br />
