Res. 2636 <br />April 10, 1985 <br />3. That the applicant shall apply for an encroachment <br />permit from the City of Pleasanton to allow <br />placement of balcony supporting columns in the <br />public right-of-way. <br />4. That Sente Associates Main Street and Clyde Vaughn <br />shall enter into a nonrevokable perpetual easement <br />for parking and access between their two properties. <br />A copy of such easement to be approved by the City <br />Attorney prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />5. That maximum window exposure be provided for the <br />pedestrian walkway. <br />6. That no individual projection be allowed at 400-450 <br />Main Street and that if awnings are desired, a plan <br />shall be submitted for the entire frontage of the <br />buildings and that it be consistent with the <br />architecture of the buildings on the north and west <br />sides. <br />7. That this project is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference except conditions 12, <br />13, 29, 33, 35, 36,46, 49 and 50. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
