Res. 2658 <br />June 12, 1985 <br />24. That the paving sections for the on-site parking and <br />drive areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value <br />test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated <br />traffic loads. This design shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. The minimum paving <br />section shall be 2" A.C. on 6" of A.B. The minimum <br />A.C. pavement slope shall be 1$. For pavement <br />slopes of less than 1~ the surface runoff shall be <br />carried in a concrete gutter to an acceptable point <br />of discharge. The minimum slope for concrete gutter <br />shall be 0.5%. <br />25. That the developer install street frontage <br />improvements per ordinance and to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. These improvements may <br />include, but are not necessarily limited to~storm <br />grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, <br />drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street <br />lighting, underground utilities, traffic control <br />devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation <br />systems. <br />26. That this development provide a safe and effective <br />circulation system for bicycles and pedestrians. <br />These facilities shall be designed and installed to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer and shall be <br />separated from vehicular traffic whenever possible. <br />27. That all access roads and driveways on the site are <br />hereby declared fire lanes and must be maintained <br />and accessible at all times. Curbs must be painted <br />red and "No Parking" signs provided to the City <br />Standards. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
