RES. 2664 <br />6/12/85 <br />4. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or <br />requirements of other City departments and/or any <br />interested outside public agencies having <br />jurisdiction as determined by the City Engineer. <br />Section 2. That the following conditions as stated in the <br />Engineering Services Report of 6/1/85 are amended to <br />read as follows: <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in <br />public streets be set at 1/2$ or greater unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />29. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />communication service and any required alarms <br />systems be installed underground in a joint utility <br />trench excluding the existing 12 and 60 kv lines, <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />42. That the proposed private 24 ft. wide drives shall <br />have rolled curbs with sidewalks along one side as <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />Section 2.
