PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2664 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5351 FOR VAL WEST <br />WHEREAS, Val West has applied for tentative map approval to <br />create a 200 lot single-family residential subdivision <br />with four remainder parcels of approximately 1.3, 2.8, <br />.O5 and 1.5 acres on an approximately 34.7 acre site <br />located at 2729 Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at <br />the planned unit development zoning and development plan <br />approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on <br />the tentative map was included within the scope and <br />content of this previous environmental document. <br />Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary <br />at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves of Tract 5351 as herein described subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map Tract 5351 on file with the City. <br />2. That the development is subject to all the <br />conditions of approval for PUD-83-16. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated 6/12/85, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />
