PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2664 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5351 FOR VAL WEST WHEREAS, Val West has applied for tentative map approval to create a 200 lot single-family residential subdivision with four remainder parcels of approximately 1.3, 2.8, .O5 and 1.5 acres on an approximately 34.7 acre site located at 2729 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for this project at the planned unit development zoning and development plan approval stage, and subdivision of the site as shown on the tentative map was included within the scope and content of this previous environmental document. Therefore, no further environmental review is necessary at this time; and WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves of Tract 5351 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the Tentative Map Tract 5351 on file with the City. 2. That the development is subject to all the conditions of approval for PUD-83-16. 3. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated 6/12/85, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
