PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2673 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-9, APPLICATION OF GEF FINANCIAL CORPORATION WHEREAS, GEF Financial Corporation has applied for rezoning and development plan approval to construct a two and three story, 132 unit retirement hotel complex on an approximately 2.5 acre site located on the southeast corner of Foothill Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Office District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposal to be consistent with the zoning and general plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Case PUD-85-9, application of GEF Financial Corporation for rezoning and development plan approval to construct a two and three story, 132 unit retirement hotel complex on an approximately 2.5 acre site located on the southeast corner of Foothill Road and SToneridge Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That colors and building materials for all structures be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of any building permit. 3. That a minimum 3 ft. wide landscape strip be maintained between the smaller parking lot in the southeast corner of the site and the proposed masonry wall.
