4. That the proposed soundwall be extended 20' south <br />beyond the emergency access driveway and north to <br />the end of the subject parcel. The final design and <br />color of this wall shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for review and approval. This <br />addition shall be eight feet in height and match the <br />700 ft. long wall. <br />5. That Springdale Drive be restriped to provide no <br />curbside parking along the western side and parallel <br />parking along the eastern side. <br />6. That an additional masonry wall of an overlap type <br />design be installed across the width of the eastern <br />pool area access. <br />7. That all visitor parking be clearly labeled and <br />utilized exclusively for visitor parking. <br />8. That five of the proposed visitor parking spaces <br />along the back of the northern and western buildings <br />be eliminated and converted to landscaping. <br />9. That the meandering sidewalk proposed along <br />Stonedale Drive be extended south to the existing <br />sidewalk at Maywood Drive and north to the <br />westernmost crosswalk at Stoneridge Mall Road. The <br />sidewalk shall be a minimum of 8 ft. in width in <br />order to also be utilized as a bike path. This <br />sidewalk shall be designed to the approval of the <br />City Engineering Department. <br />l0. That the entrance driveway lanes be increased to a <br />minimum width of 13 ft. 6 in. <br />11. That red cubs an/or "No Parking" signs as required <br />by State law to enable enforcement, be installed <br />along both sides of the on-site access driveway in <br />order to maintain a clear access at all times. <br />12. That the patio fence for the one unit in building #2 <br />that cannot meet the City noise standards be <br />redesigned to include additional sound insulation in <br />order to attain the City noise standards. <br />13. That final recordation of the minor subdivision <br />(MS-85-18) of the property shall be completed prior <br />to issuance of building permits <br />14. That this case is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference except Conditions 29, 33, 46 <br />and 54. <br />15. That the exact location and design of the soundwall <br />shall not be determined until such time as plans for <br />
