That final improvement plans shall conform with all requirements for "Ground-level Heliport Design Guidelines" as set for by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular, AC 150/5390-1B Heliport Desi n Guide which includes but is not limited to provision of standard markings and fire safety equipment. 3. That all requirements of the Public works Department for access road design, drainage, and other utility improvements be met. 4. That the applicant provide landscape improvements along future Owens Drive public service easement frontage when it is constructed to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. 5. That adequate parking be provided to the satisfaction of the Planning Director over the lifetime of the interim heliport use if for any reasons the adjacent parking area becomes unavailable. 6. That approval of this case is subject to the approval of Case UP-85-19 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Planning Commission. 7. That is case is subject to all Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of phis case by reference, except condition 12. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after notification of the City Council unless the Council shall elect to appeal this decision.
