Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 2698 <br />August 28, 1985 <br />a. That the Hopyard Road frontage property <br />encroachment issue be resolved prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />b. That the mechanical equipment screens located <br />7 ft. above building parapets shall be lowered <br />to a point acceptable to the Planning <br />Director. Final color of the screen shall <br />match the building fascia. <br />c. That the applicant provide a recorded, 26 ft. <br />access easement to the Zone 7 Alameda County <br />Flood Control District and construct a 30 ft. <br />wide sliding access gate along the Arroyo <br />Mocho Canal to the satisfaction of the Flood <br />Control District. <br />d. That two northeast corner parking spaces be <br />relocated to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />staff for improved parking circulation. <br />2. That approval of Case PUD-81-30-32D shall be subject <br />to all conditions of approval of Case MS-82-13 <br />approving Parcel Map No. 3858. <br />3. That the development shall be subject to the <br />approval of ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the <br />Hacienda Business Park. <br />4. That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />conditions 29, 33, 35, 46, 49. <br />5. That the eastern entrance shall include a minimum of <br />three lanes (two out and one in), the details of <br />which are to be worked out between the staff and the <br />applicant. <br />Section 2.
