PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2698 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-32D, <br />THE KOLL COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, the Koll Company has applied for design review approval <br />to construct a two-story, 107,000 sq. ft. garden office <br />complex on an approximately 7.3 acre site located on the <br />southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and <br />Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />the type proposed was included within the scope of that <br />EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need <br />be considered at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-32D, <br />application of The Koll Company for design review <br />approval to construct a two-story, 107,000 sq. ft. <br />garden office complex on an approximately 7.3 acre site <br />located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard and Hopyard Road subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development substantially conform to the <br />plans marked Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department (modified as shown on the model presented <br />at the Planning Commission meeting of 8/28/85), <br />except: <br />
