PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2698 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-32D, THE KOLL COMPANY WHEREAS, the Koll Company has applied for design review approval to construct a two-story, 107,000 sq. ft. garden office complex on an approximately 7.3 acre site located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of the type proposed was included within the scope of that EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need be considered at this time; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff recommendation and found the proposal to be in conformance with the zoning and general plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-32D, application of The Koll Company for design review approval to construct a two-story, 107,000 sq. ft. garden office complex on an approximately 7.3 acre site located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hopyard Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development substantially conform to the plans marked Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department (modified as shown on the model presented at the Planning Commission meeting of 8/28/85), except:
