CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-09 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE T~ASE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE VAT.T~Y VOLUNTEER BUREAU, INC. <br /> FOR CITY OWNED PROPERTY AT 333 DIVISION <br /> STREET <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the lease agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and the Valley <br /> Volunteer Bureau, Inc., for the lease of City-owned <br /> property commonly known as the police annex <br /> building located at 333 Division Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the lease shall begin on December 1, 1988 <br /> and shall terminate on November 30, 1993 except as <br /> otherwise provided in the agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to <br /> execute the above described agreement in a form <br /> approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> ATTEST: KE <br /> <br />~James R.
