That the developer file and process a tentative <br />tract map for this development. The PUD site <br />development plan will be subject to possible change, <br />at that time, with respect to utility systems and <br />topography. <br />9. That the streets within this development be private <br />drives and be maintained by a homeowner's <br />association. <br />10. That the sanitary sewer system and the water system <br />for this development be public and be within the <br />private drives and within a public service <br />easement. <br />11. That the storm drainage system within this <br />development be private and be maintained by a <br />homeowner's association. <br />12. That in the event that the physical shed boundary <br />for storm drainage and sanitary sewer extends to the <br />west beyond the development, the storm drainage and <br />sanitary sewer system should be extended through the <br />
