Res. 2706 <br />9/25/85 <br />13. That all uses within the Hopyard Center (including <br />the 1.5 acre parcel) shall be limited to those uses <br />permitted and conditionally allowed within the <br />Central Commercial (C-C) zoning district except as <br />modified herein. <br />14. That the sign program for the 7000 sq. ft. <br />commercial/retail building shall be limited to one <br />can sign per tenant in the exact design as those of <br />the existing center. These signs shall be centered <br />over the respective tenant entryway. No signs <br />shall be permitted on the eastern end of the <br />building. In the case of a single tenant occupying <br />the entire 7000 sq. ft. building only two can signs <br />shall be allowed for the building. <br />15. That the Pleasanton Canal parking lot shall be <br />utilized primarily as an employee parking lot. <br />16. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated September 17, 1985, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />17. That the developer shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference, except conditions <br />12, 13, 23, 25, 29, 33, 46, 49 and 54. <br />18. That the La Petite Academy structure may be used <br />for childcare or office uses only and the future <br />7,000 sq. ft. structure shall be used for office <br />use only. <br />ction 3.
