Design Review may by general policy require all applicants in the <br />District to furnish. <br />"The Zoning Administrator shall refer the architectural <br />plan to the Board for review." <br />Sec. 2-2.3406 - ARCHITECTURAL PLAN FOR SIGN PERMIT ONLY <br />Where the application is solely for <br />constituting the proposed architectural plan <br />required by Sec. 2-2.3405 for all elevations <br />proposed signs are visible and such addition, <br />established by the Board of Design Review or <br />as necessary or convenient to the review and <br />a sign permit, items <br />shall be those items <br />from which the <br />~1 items as are <br />Zoning Administrator <br />decision. <br />Sec. 2-2.3407 - FINAL ARCHITECTURAL PLAN APPROVAL <br />If the Board of Design Review approves the architectural <br />plan and the applicant agrees to all the conditions of approval, <br />the applicant shall then file the following information with the <br />Zoning Administrator prior to receipt of a buildin permit <br />license certificate or other a proval: <br />(a) Final working drawings: <br />(b) Final landscape plan; <br />(c) Color chips. <br />Final architectural plan approval by the Board Zoning <br />Administrator is deemed approval of the Certificate of <br />Appropriateness required by Sec. 2-2.3417.
