Resolution 2714 <br />October 23, 1985 <br />2. That the church activity and use of the facility <br />substantially conform with the "Use of Facility" <br />chart on file with the Planning Department. The <br />list shall be attached hereto and made a part of <br />this permit. <br />3. That all requirements of the Building and Fire <br />Departments be met and be strictly adhered to. <br />Written conformation from each department shall be <br />submitted within 30 days approval of this permit. <br />4. That complaints, as determined by the Zoning <br />Administrator, shall be reviewed by staff. At the <br />discretion of the Zoning Administrator, a review of <br />this permit shall be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for action. <br />5. That if the parish population or activities increase <br />to beyond the fifty people maximum listed in the <br />"Use of Facility" chart (except for Valentine's Day, <br />Halloween, and annual church-wide meetings) a review <br />of this permit shall be required. <br />6. That the Cellar Liquors sign and lamps be removed <br />from St. Mary's Street frontage upon vacation of <br />premises by the tenant. Appropriate repairs shall <br />be made to the building as a result of sign and <br />fixture removal. Repair plans, building treatment, <br />materials, paint schedules and colors shall be <br />submitted within 6 months of the vacation of the <br />liquor store tenant and shall be subject to Design <br />Review Board's review and approval prior to start of <br />repair work. All plans shall conform to Downtown <br />Design Guidelines. <br />7. That a landscape improvement plan be submitted for <br />planning staff review within 3 months time and <br />approval to install planting along the west side <br />yard, adjacent to the St. Mary's Street driveway <br />access and along the south property line to the rear <br />of the property between the building and parking lot <br />and the improvements shall be installed within 6 <br />months. <br />8. That the applicant shall participate in the downtown <br />landscape improvement program along St. Mary's <br />Street sidewalk frontage at such time it occurs. <br />9. No additional signage is allowed on the exterior of <br />the building without prior design review approval by <br />the Planning Department. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
