Resolution No. 2719 <br />10/23/85 <br />4. That the applicant be required to assign and <br />clearly label all on-site parking spaces. <br />5. That red curbs and "No Parking" signs as required <br />by state law to enable enforcement, be installed <br />along all curbs along interior access roads in <br />order to maintain clear fire lanes at all times. <br />6. That all appropriate construction methods be <br />utilized in order to attain an interior noise level <br />at or below 45 db. <br />7. That the precise locations and heights of all <br />entrance driveway trellis structures shall be <br />submitted for review by the Engineering Department <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />8. That the developer shall install a separated eight <br />foot (8') wide P.C.C. sidewalk along the Old Santa <br />Rita Road frontage; a five foot (5') wide P.C.C. <br />sidewalk along the Andrews Drive frontage; and an <br />eight foot wide, separated, P.C.C. sidewalk along <br />the Owens Drive frontage of the development. All <br />of the sidewalks shall be installed to City <br />standards. <br />9. That the portion of the on-site drive parallel to <br />Andrews Drive and adjacent to the easterly driveway <br />from Andrews Drive shall be redesigned using a <br />larger, "through" radius in order to provide safer <br />vehicular turning movements. <br />l0. That the storm drain inlet located at the west <br />driveway entrance at Andrews Drive shall be <br />adjusted or relocated. <br />11. That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />conditions 23, 25, 29, 31, 33, 46, and 49. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
