35. That all existing trees which are required to be saved shall be <br />subject to the recommendations contained in the Tree Report <br />prepared by Barry Friesen, Horticultural Consultant dated 6/24/85 <br />and the subsequent update dated 10/5/85. <br />36. That vehicular access for City maintenance <br />provided to any manhole on a public utilit <br />shall be within a public service easement, <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />37. That the final parcel map be drawn to show <br />Foothill Road frontage of this development <br />vehicles shall be <br />~ system.
