quo are likely to be worse than the environmental <br /> impacts of implementing the Alameda County <br /> Hazardous Waste Management Plan in an orderly <br /> manner. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City of Pleasanton does hereby approve the <br /> Alameda County Hazardous Waste Management Plan, <br /> March 22, 1989. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall be transmitted to the <br /> Authority. <br /> <br />Section 7: The City of Pleasanton will bring the City <br /> General Plan in conformance with the Alameda County <br /> Hazardous Waste Management Plan as required by <br /> State law. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 18, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: KENNE <br /> <br />By Peggy L.
