That the applicant submit a house siting plan for <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to tentative <br />map approval. <br />17. That all future buildings in the development shall <br />conform to the existing site grading. Any deviation <br />from the approved grading plan shall be approved by <br />the Planning Director prior to the commencement of <br />any further grading or construction. <br />18. That no additional grading within the rear yards <br />shall be conducted without prior approval from the <br />Planning Director. <br />19. That the structures within the project shall receive <br />Design Review Board approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />Section 2.
