PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2734 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-18 FOR GREG MIX ET AL WHEREAS, Greg Mix, Roger Manning and Art Dunkley have applied for rezoning and development plan approval for a four unit single-family residential development on an approximately .9 acre site located at the terminus of Abbie Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "P" (Public and Institutional) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 11, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, PUD zoning and the development plan proposed are consistent with the General Plan land use designation of the proposed site; and WHEREAS, this project is exempt from the provisions of the CEQA guidelines and therefore, no environmental document accompanies this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-18, application of Greg Mix et al for rezoning and development plan approval for a four unit single-family residential development on an approximately .9 acre site located at the terminus of Abbie Street subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That a perimeter fencing plan for the project shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of a final map. 3. That a 6 in. vertical concrete curb be installed along the west side of the private driveway and rolled curbs along the east side of the private
