PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2734 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-85-18 FOR GREG MIX ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Greg Mix, Roger Manning and Art Dunkley have applied for <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a four unit <br />single-family residential development on an <br />approximately .9 acre site located at the terminus of <br />Abbie Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 11, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, PUD zoning and the development plan proposed are <br />consistent with the General Plan land use designation of <br />the proposed site; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is exempt from the provisions of the CEQA <br />guidelines and therefore, no environmental document <br />accompanies this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-18, application of <br />Greg Mix et al for rezoning and development plan <br />approval for a four unit single-family residential <br />development on an approximately .9 acre site located at <br />the terminus of Abbie Street subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That a perimeter fencing plan for the project shall <br />be submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to approval of a final map. <br />3. That a 6 in. vertical concrete curb be installed <br />along the west side of the private driveway and <br />rolled curbs along the east side of the private <br />
