Res. 2738 <br />12/11/85 <br />City of Pleasanton and that no building permits can <br />be issued until allocation has been granted under <br />the Growth Management Program. <br />24. That the applicant submit a house siting plan <br />showing how the new models would be sited on the <br />lots to the Planning Division for approval prior to <br />submittal of tentative map. <br />25. That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br />Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br />sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development <br />by approval of this project and that the developer <br />agrees and acknowledges that building permit <br />approval may be withheld of sewer capacity is found <br />by the City not to be available. <br />Section 2.
