Res. 2738 <br />12/11/85 <br />deferred until the tentative map is received; <br />provided, however, that the water system shall be <br />loped to have two "feeds". <br />13. That the use of and the access to the parcel of <br />land between the east project boundary and the <br />proposed Arroyo Los Positas shall be determined <br />prior to tentative map submittal. <br />14. That final elevations for all proposed models shall <br />be submitted to the Planning Department for <br />approval prior to submittal of the final map for <br />the development. <br />15. That the develop <br />for improvements <br />is used on-site, <br />said fill at the <br />boundaries shall <br />submittal. <br />Went meet all Zone 7 requirements <br />to drainage channels; that if fill <br />the details of the placement of <br />Arroyo Mocho and other site <br />be shown with the tentative map <br />16. That the Engineering Services review of this PUD <br />shall not constitute site development plan <br />approval. That a fencing plan for the project shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to approval of the final map. <br />18. That the final grades for those l0 parcels along <br />the western property line shall be restricted such <br />that they are equal to or slightly lower than the <br />rear yards of the existing residences. <br />19. That the developer take action necessary within the <br />tract to remove the property from the special flood <br />hazard area (Zone A) as shown on the Flood Hazard <br />Boundary Map of the City of Pleasanton. <br />20. That all fill for the site be delivered via either <br />E1 Charro Road or Pimlico rather than West Las <br />Positas Boulevard. <br />21. That the developer pay any and all fees that the <br />property may be subject to. <br />22. That the haul route to the site shall be approved <br />by the City prior to construction. <br />23. That the developer be aware that the project is <br />subject to the Growth Management Proqram of the <br />
