PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2738 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-12 FOR <br />FALCON DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Falcon Development Company has applied for rezoning from <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) District and for development plan <br />approval for a 158 unit residential development on <br />approximately 21.8 acre site located at the eastern <br />terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of December 11, 1985 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-12 after <br />considering all relevant exhibits, public testimony and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed PUD to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION/DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-12, application of <br />Falcon Development Company for rezoning from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family REsidential) to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) District and for development plan <br />approval for a 158 unit residential development on an <br />approximately 21.8 acre site located at the eastern <br />terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the development plan on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this development plan is dependent <br />on the approval of GP-84-1. <br />3. That the 5 foot side <br />on particular corner <br />shall be eliminated <br />adjacent parcel. <br />yard landscaping strips shown <br />lots on the development plan <br />and the area included with the <br />That the exterior colors of the structures shall be <br />as shown on exhibits on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />
