PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2738 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-12 FOR FALCON DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, Falcon Development Company has applied for rezoning from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and for development plan approval for a 158 unit residential development on approximately 21.8 acre site located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of December 11, 1985 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-12 after considering all relevant exhibits, public testimony and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed PUD to be in conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION/DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-12, application of Falcon Development Company for rezoning from the R-1-6500 (Single-family REsidential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and for development plan approval for a 158 unit residential development on an approximately 21.8 acre site located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard subject to the following conditions: That the development shall be substantially as shown on the development plan on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this development plan is dependent on the approval of GP-84-1. 3.
