4. That the applicant deed to the City five foot (5 <br />ft.) wide parcel of land parallel with and <br />contiguous to the West Angela Street frontage of <br />the site for use as future street right-of-way. <br />5. That the grading for this site shall not result in <br />a finished floor elevation greater than 339 feet <br />and that the final grades for the areas along the <br />property lines shall not exceed a height 8" above <br />the existing grades of the adjacent properties to <br />the west and southwest of the project site. <br />6. That the applicant work with the <br />Planning/Engineering Department in selecting street <br />trees that match those now existing within the <br />surrounding neighborhood. <br />7. That the uses and site development standards for <br />this project shall be those of the RM-2000 District <br />unless otherwise modified by the approved project. <br />8. That this project shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference, except conditions <br />12, 13, 25, 29, 31, 33, 35, 46, 49 and 50. <br />9. That carports shall be constructed consistent with <br />the elevations of the roof line of the units, the <br />final design to be worked out with staff. <br />Section 2.
