PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2743 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-85-13, APPLICATION OF PAMELA ANTRIM <br />WHEREAS, Pamela Antrim has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval to construct a 20 <br />unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre <br />site located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue <br />and West Angela Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 8, 1986 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-13 after <br />considering all relevant exhibits, public testimony and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed PUD to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-13, application of <br />Pamela Antrim for planned unit development zoning an <br />development plan approval to construct a 10 unit <br />apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site <br />located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and <br />West Angela Street subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and <br />grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the developer shall submit revised landscape <br />plans to the Planning Department indicating <br />additional trees along the west side of the lawn <br />area. <br />3. That the driveway from Peters Avenue shall be <br />redesigned to provide for an effective driveway <br />width and configuration that would not require the <br />relocation of the existing storm drain inlet along <br />Peters Avenue. The exact location and design of <br />this driveway shall be subject to the final <br />approval of the City Engineer and Planning <br />Director. <br />
