11. That all parking lot improvements for the entire site be <br />installed prior to the occupancy of any building on the site. <br />12. That the proposed mitigation measures for Hopyard Road/Owens <br />Drive be interim and done at the time it is deemed necessary <br />by the City Engineer; these improvements shall be bonded for <br />by the applicant in an amount sufficient for both their <br />installation and removal prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit for this project. <br />13.
