Res. 2686 <br />8/14/85 <br />agencies be secured with copies of same submitted <br />for Planning staff review and approval. <br />3. That the hours of operation for the heliport be <br />limited to 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays except for <br />emergency and safety related services. <br />4. That up to 60 non-scheduled passenger or parcel <br />delivery operations are allowed per day for six <br />months from the date of final approval to assess <br />the effects of heliport operation. The Zoning <br />Administrator shall review the permit <br />administratively at 6 months and 18 months with <br />the option to refer the case back to the <br />Commission if deemed necessary. <br />5. That this permit is valid for a maximum five year <br />time period from date of final approval. Any time <br />extension shall require separate application and <br />reconsideration by the Planning Commission. <br />6. That if greater than 60 daily operations take <br />place or regularly scheduled commercial passenger <br />or parcel service is planned, separate use permit <br />application shall be required prior to expansion <br />of service. <br />7. That designated approach-departure paths shown on <br />site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department shall be adhered to. Complaints for <br />deviation of routing shall be cause for review of <br />this permit. <br />8. That the emergency entrance gate at the southeast <br />corner of the barrier fence be made readily <br />accessible to emergency services and staff for <br />entry onto the touchdown pad. Final format to be <br />developed in cooperation of Planning staff. <br />9. That no fuel transfer or storage is allowed on <br />this site. <br />10. That a maximum of two employees can be stationed <br />at the passenger ticketing trailer. No overnight <br />residential use is allowed. <br />11. That all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Department be met. <br />12. That all landscape improvements shall be <br />maintained in an attractive and weed-free manner <br />for the duration of this use. <br />13. That approval of this permit is subject to the <br />approval of case Z-85-176 and any conditions which <br />
