(3) Either administratively, if no hearing is <br />requested, or after conducting the <br />administrative hearing, the Zoning <br />Administrator shall approve, conditinally <br />approve, or disapprove the application in <br />accordance with the purposes of this article. <br />(4) Any aggrieved party may appeal an action of the <br />Zoning Administrator to the Board of Design <br />Review. Actions of and appeals from the Board <br />of Design Review shall be governed by this <br />article as if the appeal of the Zoning <br />Administrator's action were a new application <br />before the Board." <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in the "Tri-Valley <br />Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section G.
