Resolution No. 2764 <br />February 19, 1986 <br />c. That the building be located 5 ft. from the <br />eastern property line to meet the requirements <br />of the Uniform Building Code. <br />2. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the <br />Planning Department for approval prior to issuance <br />of any building permits. The applicant shall <br />incorporate more trees and shrubs to the <br />satisfaction of the Planning Director. <br />3. That the exact colors of the building and sign be <br />submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br />4. That except as modified by conditions l through 3 <br />above, all conditions of PUD-81-28 through <br />PUD-81-28-2M shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 2.
