PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2764 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-28-3M, <br />PLEASANTON STATION ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Station Associates has applied for approval <br />of a major modification to the approved planned unit <br />development plan for a 6,270 sq. ft. restaurant located <br />at the southwest corner of West Neal Street and <br />Railroad Avenue (the old Southern Pacific depot); and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 19, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation to approve the major modification. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-28-3M, application <br />of Pleasanton Station Associates for approval of a <br />major modification to the approved planned unit <br />development plan for a 6,270 sq. ft. restaurant located <br />at the southwest corner of West Neal Street and <br />Railroad Avenue (the old Southern Pacific depot) <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the revised elevations and site plan, Exhibit B, on <br />file with the Planning Department except: <br />a. That all the window shutters be removed. <br />b. That the area shown containing 14 parking <br />spaces at the northwest corner of the parking <br />lot shall be reserved for the exclusive use of <br />the adjoining property containing the law <br />offices (62 West Neal Street) and 5 additional <br />spaces shall be for the non-exclusive use of <br />the property occupied by Hap's Restaurant (122 <br />Neal Street). These 19 spaces are reserved in <br />accordance with Condition No. 3 of PUD-81-28. <br />- 1 - <br />
